The importance of a particular regimen for a small child can hardly be overestimated. A clear daily routine gives the baby a sense of stability and calmness, and helps the mother plan her day. In addition, the daily routine is important in preparing for kindergarten.

Instructions

Step 1

Some young children wake up very early, much earlier than their parents. The reason may be premature falling asleep or the individual characteristics of the baby. Other children happily sleep up to 10-11 hours. Of course, this is very convenient for mothers on maternity leave: you can sleep well, and calmly go about your business in the morning. But think about what will happen when your baby has to go to kindergarten, how he will get up around 7-8 o'clock. The optimal time for lifting a child is 8-8: 30. Don't be lazy to set up a buzzer. After 1-2 weeks, the child will get up at this time by himself.

Step 2

Breakfast follows after waking up, charging and water procedures. All this takes about half an hour, so breakfast time is 8: 30-9 in the morning. After eating, the baby can play or be creative before the first walk, which you can go on at 11-11: 30. If you walk for about an hour and a half, then lunch will be at 13 o'clock. After lunch, you can read books to your child for 30 minutes, and then put them on a nap around 14 hours. If the child no longer sleeps during the day, let him just lie down, rest, hug with his mother. In kindergarten, he still has to go to bed during the day.

Step 3

If the baby quickly fell asleep during the day, then about 16 hours he can be woken up. You don't need to let your child sleep for more than 2 hours, otherwise there will be problems with bedding in the evening. An afternoon snack and a second walk follow 30 minutes after waking up. At 18:30, the baby has time for games, cartoons, creativity or books until dinner (about 20 hours). When the child has had dinner, you can bathe him and prepare him for a night's sleep. The lights go out at 21-22 hours. Not all children switch to 1 daytime sleep from one year to the next. If your baby still sleeps 2 times during the day, then the proposed schedule is not yet suitable for you. It is relevant for the pre-kindergarten age and is close to the one that awaits him at the preschool educational institution.
