Step 1
Choose a board of a suitable size, length 70-90 cm and width 12 cm. Then we cut out with a saw or cut out the handle with a knife, marking the outline with a pencil. The handle should be 10 cm long. We round the corners with a knife and smooth them with sandpaper so that the children do not get hurt when they play. You can cut a bat in a very simple shape.
Step 2
For a siskin, take a small block 8-12 cm long and 2-3 cm wide. Gently sharpen both ends with a knife like a sharpened pencil, but not very sharply. In order to prevent the sharp ends from breaking off when hitting the fish with a stick, and when catching it, the guys do not injure their hand. Draw numbers from one to four (Arabic or Roman) on each face with a pencil or felt-tip pen.
Step 3
If the child has the skill of working with a knife, then he can cut out the numbers on the edges of the siskin - they will be more durable than the ones drawn.
