Free baby food in Russia is provided to all children under 2 years of age who are on mixed or artificial feeding, children under 3 years old if the child's family has many children, children under 15 years old with a chronic disease, children under 18 years old - people with disabilities. But in many regions of Russia, children under 2 years old receive free meals, whose families have an income per person less than the minimum subsistence level. Each constituent entity of the Russian Federation determines the amount of the subsistence minimum for its territory and the rules according to which children receive free baby food.
Step 2
Consult with your local pediatrician about the benefits you are entitled to in providing free baby food.
