Rattles
Rattles of various shapes, colors and sizes will surely interest your little one. It is not difficult to make a rattle: a light plastic bottle from a medicine or cosmetic product, a baby bottle, a container from a kinder surprise are suitable for this. Pour beads, cereals or salt into the container, you can pour tinted water into a transparent bottle. The main thing is that the bottle is cleanly washed, tightly and reliably closed, has no sharp edges, is light enough and has a suitable shape so that it is convenient for the baby to grip it with inept handles.
The filling can be changed from time to time, and then the rattle will acquire a new "voice". You can put a bright children's sock on the bottle or tie the container with colored threads.
Slingbus
For mothers-needlewomen it will not be difficult to make sling beads. These are bright beads that you can put on your mother's neck. The kid will be happy to look at and sort out colored beads, being in the mother's arms or in a sling. Sling buses differ from ordinary ones, first of all, in their safety. The beads are fixed on a cord or strong thread, and they are much larger than usual in size - from 3 to 5 cm in diameter.
Use plastic or wooden beads that can be tied with colored, lint-free yarn. Suitable for these purposes are cotton, bamboo, linen. For the manufacture of a sling bus, you can also use small plastic containers filled with cereals or other loose filler - with such beads the baby will play even more interesting!

Mobile is another fun toy for a three month old baby. You can make it yourself by securely fastening two light strips perpendicular to each other on a strong cord or fishing line. At the ends of the slats, you can fasten light toys, for example, plastic or knitted. The mobile promotes the development of baby's eyesight and the formation of motor skills. It is only necessary to remember that the entire structure of the mobile is reliably strengthened, and in the event of a sudden fall, it would not cause harm to the baby.
Developing mat
A self-made developmental rug will become an excellent entertaining and educational "testing ground" for a kid. Of course, to make such a toy, it will take a lot of effort, skills and imagination, but it's worth it: all kinds of bright figurines of animals, plants, household items that are placed on the rug with Velcro, various parts that can be felt and moved, all kinds of rustling and the squeaking elements hidden inside the rug and its parts will not only entertain the baby, but will also contribute to the development of fine and gross motor skills, vision, hearing, and touch. The baby will not get bored with such a rug for a long time, especially if the mother joins the game.
