Now it is very difficult to get a free ticket to a regular kindergarten. Parents have been queuing up for the coveted ticket for years. When the ticket is in your pocket and the child can be given to the kindergarten, it turns out that there is a difficult path ahead of the child's adaptation to kindergarten, socialization, illness, unwillingness to go to kindergarten.

Tips for preparing a child for kindergarten before starting his visit

- Try not to form special taste habits in the child, otherwise he, more often than not, will remain hungry in kindergarten.

- Teach your child to self-service: go to the potty, get dressed, ask for help from elders. There will be no special care for him in the garden, simply because the teacher and nannies do not have so many free hands.

- Let your child communicate with peers in playgrounds, visiting other families, etc. Do not interfere unnecessarily in children's games. Nevertheless, at home, alone with the baby, explain to him the rules of communication: you cannot take away someone else's, you need to share, you cannot fight, you need to defend yourself if they attack.

- Try to accustom your child to the same daily routine that he will have in kindergarten. Do not triple special ceremonies that cannot be carried out in the garden: sleep only with your mother in your arms, drink milk only from your favorite red mug, etc.

- If at home, under the supervision of an adult, a child is allowed "dangerous" games: jumping from a height, somersaulting, playing gymnastic apparatus, etc., then you need to explain that these games can only be played with adults and only at home. In the kindergarten, this is dangerous not only because the child will start to play the same way without supervision, but will also attract other kids to play who are not physically ready for such games.

We start going to kindergarten

They begin to go to the garden from 1-2 hours, then half a day, then leave for a nap and for the whole day.

For all children, each period of adaptation occurs in a different way.

At first, socialized children, sociable kindergarten really like it: a lot of toys, a lot of children to play with. Everything is perceived through the prism of fun, games. But, after the child begins to understand that this is not only a place to play, there are rules here, they can scold here and the mother will not come to the defense, the process of rejection of these conditions begins.

At this moment, it is important for parents to maintain their moral position: the garden is inevitable, we love you very much, but you will go to the kindergarten, you need to listen to the teacher, follow the rules.

For "home" children, socialization is more difficult. With them you need to talk more about communication, build relationships with other children. It will be good help to make friends with one of the parents and make friends with your children so that they communicate outside the kindergarten, then it will be easier for both of them in the kindergarten, they will feel mutual support.

In addition to socialization, physical adaptation takes place. Many children in the early years begin to get sick more often. This is a known fact that parents should be prepared for. Important: at the first signs of deterioration in the child's health, immediately stop attending kindergarten and recover.

A few organizational tips:

- Always keep a change of clothes in the child's drawer: like a T-shirt with panties, there are pants, in case the child gets dirty.

- Communicate with the teacher and find out as much information as possible about your child. Don't ignore the provider's complaints about your child's behavior.

- At home, ask your child how he spent the day. Repeat with him the name of the caregiver and the names of other babies in his group so that he remembers the fastest.

- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and committee.
