In this case, the whole body should be as relaxed as possible, only the hands are working.

If the pregnant woman is still working, and in a seated position or often drives, back problems may arise, even if they were not there before. You need to try to get up and walk more often, forcing another muscle group to work. And if this is not possible, knead your back with your hands, as described above.
