Probably, many at least once in their life have come across such a situation: you go about your business and suddenly the thought appears to call some person, for example, a friend with whom you have not communicated for a long time. You call, and the person says: "Wow, I myself just wanted to contact you." This situation can be called a manifestation of one of the forms of telepathy.
What is telepathy?
The term "telepathy" was first used by the English philosopher, Professor Meyer. Knowledgeable people claim that telepathically it is possible to transmit images, ideas, experiences and processes occurring in the subconscious.
In some cases, telepathy can be called the transmission of individual words and their combinations. A prerequisite for telepathy is the absence of the possibility of tactile, sound or any other contact between the transmitting and receiving.
Such phenomena are difficult to detect, most often because a person who comes from the outside cannot distinguish an image from his own thought. He simply says, "I have a premonition."
Telepathy is inherent in humans. A lot of evidence has accumulated on this matter. This ability is expressed in the form of mental images, experience, incentives to action. Parapsychologists call the manifestation of biotelecommunication telepathy, and teleesthesia - biotelelocation. Sometimes these abilities are expressed in one general concept - extrasensory perception.
Researchers do not have a uniform understanding of ESP. Some consider this to be a perception with the help of some unknown sense organs. Others believe that telepathy involves the neural structures of the cerebral cortex or subcortex.
If a person perceives other people's thoughts, this does not mean that he understands them. This will require a certain standardization of thinking. In order for people to be able to understand each other, they need to develop a certain "language" of communication.
How to develop telepathic abilities?
There is an exercise for developing telepathy. It will take at least three people to conduct it.
On a blank sheet of paper, you need to draw five figures that are well remembered: a circle, a triangle, a square, a star, a cross. One of the participants remembers one figure, and then presents it with his eyes closed. When she "pops up" in front of his eyes, it means that she went on the "air". At this moment, the rest of the participants must say the first word that comes to mind. The main thing is not to think, because logic begins to work.
You can also develop abilities in public transport. Try to guess who will get off at the next stop, what a particular person is thinking. You need to do this easily, without making any effort and enjoying the process.
Try to control your thoughts as you control your words. Pure thoughts make it easier to read strangers, because less energy is wasted.
