All parents face childhood illnesses. When the baby's temperature rises for the first time, the mother involuntarily asks herself the question of what to wear to make her feel comfortable and not catch a cold even more. It is necessary to observe some rules both at home and on the street, because for some diseases, doctors do not prohibit walking.
Necessary
- - a large amount of clean dry linen;
- - regular streetwear;
- - thermometer.
Instructions
Step 1
Observe how your child tolerates the temperature. Some people, at the slightest increase in it, are constantly shivering, others are hot all the time, in others, the state is constantly changing. There are also patients who generally begin to notice that something is wrong when the mercury column of the thermometer goes over 40 degrees. In addition, in different periods of the disease, a high temperature in the same person manifests itself in different ways. An increase in it causes chills, and when it decreases, a person begins to sweat.
Step 2
If the baby is shivering, there can be no talk of any walk. Change it into clean, dry linen and wrap it up warmly. Monitor its condition carefully so as not to miss the moment when the temperature stabilizes. At this point, the child may start to sweat and will need to change into dry clothes.
Step 3
When the chill stops, the child can be in the room in his usual clothes. It is possible that he will sweat after you change him. Therefore, keep a set of dry underwear ready and change your baby's clothes as soon as what he is wearing becomes slightly damp.
Step 4
Some parents wrap up their babies if the high temperature lasts for several days without any dynamics. When the house is warm and there are no drafts, you should not wrap up. The kid is already hot. If you can't put the little fidget in bed and cover it with a light blanket, put it on lightly. In too warm clothes, the child will sweat quickly, and the slightest draft can only worsen the situation.
Step 5
For some diseases, doctors recommend walking with the baby, even if he has a temperature, and it is winter outside at this time. Of course, this can be done only in those cases if the baby feels more or less normal, he does not have a fever or chills. Dress your baby the way you would dress a healthy baby. Try to follow the same order as in kindergarten. It is worked out precisely so that children sweat less while preparing for a walk.
Step 6
Put on your baby's underwear and tuck the shirt into the panties. The next stage is tights and a shirt. The shirt needs to be tucked in too. Next comes the turn of woolen socks, pants and blouses, if the child wears a coat or fur coat, and not a jumpsuit. Put on the bottom of the jumpsuit. After that, put on your child's shoes, put on a light hat, the upper part of the jumpsuit with a hood. Tie a scarf. It is useful to adhere to this sequence when dressing a healthy child. The torso and head sweat most quickly, so wrap them up last.
Step 7
If the baby gets sick during the warm season, there is no point in keeping him in the room with the windows closed. Dress him up in regular summer clothes. Bring a spare set of underwear with you for your walk. Try to walk in places where the child will not be too hot. A park with sun and shade is preferable to a beach.
