Instructions
Step 1
Contact the head of the kindergarten your child is attending to get any help. If the issuance of such certificates is not within the competence of the head of the preschool institution, you will be sent to the city department of education (GOROO).
Step 2
If you want to receive monetary compensation due to the fact that you were denied the registration of your child in kindergarten due to lack of places, contact your local social welfare office with a set of relevant documents. The required list of papers also includes a certificate from a kindergarten, which confirms the fact that your child was not admitted to this kindergarten. In addition to the certificate, you will need an application for compensation, a child's birth certificate, a certificate of family composition, your passport, a copy of a bank account, a maternity leave order or a work book.
Step 3
If a child is transferred from one kindergarten to another, contact the head of the former preschool institution with a request to give you the vaccination certificate, the child's medical card and form 63 (certificate for admission to kindergarten). Make sure that the date of the child's last visit to the kindergarten is displayed in the medical record, as well as a record of the absence of quarantine in the group.
Step 4
If your kid leaves kindergarten and enters the first grade of a comprehensive school, take the child's medical record and vaccination certificate from the preschool institution. In addition, in some schools there is a requirement for a qualification from kindergarten upon admission to the first grade. In this case, contact your child's caregiver with a request to write you such a description. Then reassure her with the head of the preschool.
