So, a night shift or a business trip to another area puts you in front of the need to obtain a pregnancy certificate from your gynecologist.
Instructions
Step 1
Make an appointment with a gynecologist by phone or order a coupon, informing the administrator or registrar that you are pregnant (sometimes, pregnant women are taken by separate specialists or not in a general queue).
Step 2
Keep in mind that your doctor needs to get confirmation that you are pregnant. It can be a urine test for hCG, ultrasound or other examinations, after which the gynecologist will already be able to give you a certificate corresponding to your position as a future mother.
Step 3
Do not leave receiving such a certificate until the last moment, when you have to be nervous, worried about the timing of the readiness of the tests or the order of the appointment for the ultrasound examination and other unpleasant moments on which the timing of your receipt of the certificate depends.
Step 4
Remember exactly the day you started your last period. Indeed, if the signs of pregnancy are so obvious to the doctor that he is ready to give you a certificate before receiving the test results, then he needs to establish not an approximate, but an exact period of pregnancy. For this, an orientation is needed on the day of the beginning of the last menstruation before the onset of pregnancy.
Step 5
Come to the doctor's appointment not only with money (to a private clinic), but also with a passport. And in the district antenatal clinic, take with you a compulsory health insurance policy.
Step 6
Please note that when you register for pregnancy before the 12-week period, according to the law, you will still be entitled to a cash payment for such an early visit to the doctor. This measure is to stimulate women to visit medical institutions earlier in order to prevent unwanted threats of abortion and possible complications.
Step 7
Check for the presence on the certificate issued to you of the necessary signatures (there should usually be two of them: the attending physician and the head of the consultation or the chief physician), the stamp and seal of the institution, as well as the date of issue of the certificate. In the certificate itself, the period of your pregnancy must certainly be indicated.
