Knitting isn't tricky. And those who claim that they cannot do it simply have never tried it. After all, what could be easier than knitting a sleeveless jacket for a girl, any beginner can handle this task. Be patient.
Necessary
- - yarn
- - knitting needles
Instructions
Step 1
Choosing a pattern To calculate the number of loops, the first step is to decide on the pattern. And it's very easy to do it with such a variety. For example, you can use the following pattern: front side - all purl loops, wrong side - alternation of front and purl loops. As a result, a very beautiful pattern is obtained, although it is knitted in an elementary way.
Step 2
We knit a sample. A sample of 13x13 cm will be enough. To do this, dial the required number of loops on the knitting needles (if you have a thin yarn, dial 50 loops, medium - 40, thick - 30) and knit with the selected pattern upwards 13 cm. At the end, close the loops, but do not tighten them tightly.
Step 3
To calculate the number of loops, select a square with a side of 10 cm in the center of the sample and count how many horizontal loops and vertical rows there are. Now solve a simple problem: divide 10 cm by the resulting number of loops in a row (this is the number of loops in 1 cm) and multiply this number by the required width of the product. This will be the required number of loops.
Step 4
Back: Put loops on the needles and knit along the pattern to the armhole (this distance depends on the selected length of the product). To make armholes, close 5-10 times (depending on the size of the sleeveless jacket), one loop on each side. Tie to the end and close the loops.
Step 5
Front: Knit the front as well as the back until you reach the neckline. In order to knit a sleeveless jacket for a girl with a "V" -shaped neckline, divide the knitting into two identical parts. Knit them separately, decreasing in the inner part on each odd row, one loop.
Step 6
Assembling the garment Begin gathering the garment with the shoulder seams, and then join the front and back backs, starting from the bottom.
Step 7
Decorate a little: The most common and easiest way to decorate a piece is to trim the neckline and armholes. To do this, type along the entire length of the cutout and knit a 2x2 elastic band, connect the ends. Do the same with the armholes and the sleeveless jacket is ready! You can wear it with pleasure.
