Walk in the woods
Before starting the exercises, tell the little ones that they will travel to the fairy forest and meet its inhabitants. And since the kids are polite and well-mannered, it is necessary to say hello to each resident, but not just like that, but in a special "animal language".

If fluffy pets are closer to you and your little ones, invite them to pretend that they are little kittens.

"Cat's Hide and Seek". Sit on your haunches with your hands locked behind your back. Get on your knees without releasing the lock, pull your hands up.
"Angry cat". Get on your knees, rest on your palms. Bend your back while lowering your head down, return to the starting position.
General recommendations
Morning exercises for babies three years old should continue for 5-6 minutes. Regardless of the topic chosen, form complexes consisting of 3-4 exercises, each of which will be repeated 4-6 times. With three different general development exercises, start with the muscles of the shoulder girdle and arms, then the muscles of the trunk and finish with the muscles of the legs. If the baby is unable to do the exercise, temporarily postpone the task or divide it into several separate ones.
