Are you and your baby going to travel by transport or are you in a hurry home from kindergarten? To switch the child's attention and spend time usefully, toys are not needed, it is enough to use simple word games.
Such games are easy to come up with, supplement and add something of your own to them. They do not require material costs, but they will bring tangible benefits to your child, enriching his speech and developing logical thinking.
- “Opposites.” You name the word, the child answers you with the opposite, for example, hot-cold, far-close, grief-joy, wet-dry. As you get older, you can complicate words.
- Game "What, or Adjectives". The kid's task is to come up with several adjectives in the hidden word. (What snow? White, cold, soft). You can help your child, then he will learn many new words from you.
- "Together is …" A game of combining objects into groups. (a cup, a spoon, a plate, a saucepan - together it is …; jacket, trousers, socks, dress - together it is …)
- A game from the same category "What are superfluous?" (pear, apple, doll, orange) Be sure to ask why the child chose this item as superfluous.
- "Edible-inedible." Take turns with the baby to name each other any objects, the task is simple - to determine whether it is edible or not.
- "I know 5." (I know 5 trees, I know 5 birds). If the child is small, then replace with a smaller number.
- “Guess what I see.” Describe an object that you met along the way. (I see a long, smooth, gray, with markings and cars drive along it).
The child will fall in love with such games, he will wait for them with impatience and the time on the road will fly by unnoticed.
