Instructions
Step 1
Call your local doctor at home. After the pediatrician examines, draws conclusions about the child's condition and prescribes treatment, tell him about your intention to receive prescribed medications for free.
Step 2
Explain that you are aware of the existence of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.07.1994 No. 890 "On state support for the development of the medical industry and improving the provision of the population and health care institutions with medicines and medical products", according to which you have the right to receive medicines for your child who has not been cut 3 years of age. Most likely, the doctor will not mind and will set an appointment time so that you can go to the clinic and pick up free drugs or prescriptions for them.
Step 3
When going to the clinic for medicines or prescriptions for them, please note that there are several conditions for obtaining prescriptions for free medicines:
- the child must be registered;
- the baby must have a medical insurance policy;
- you need to obtain an identification certificate from the Pension Fund (SNILS).
Step 4
Take the necessary documents and a thin school notebook to the polyclinic, in which the district doctor will make notes about the medicines prescribed for your baby.
Step 5
After the doctor writes out the prescriptions for you, and you get them in hand, do not forget to clarify in which pharmacy you can get your medicines.
