Summer comes, the school year ends, and parents face the problem of organizing a safe and exciting holiday for their children. Summer health camps are designed to solve this problem. However, the cost of vouchers is quite high and not every family can afford to pay for such a vacation. In this case, a measure of social support is provided for privileged categories of citizens who can receive vouchers for free or for partial compensation of the cost.
Instructions
Step 1
Free vouchers to children's health camps are provided:
- children from large families (in some regions 50% compensation is provided);
- children from poor families;
- disabled children;
- children left without parental care, orphans;
In some regions, this list is supplemented by separate preferential categories. For example, in Moscow these are children who suffered from terrorist acts, children from families of refugees and displaced persons.
Step 2
To get a ticket to the camp for a child from a large family, you must submit to the local social protection authorities:
- application (to be completed on the spot);
- certificate of a mother with many children (father);
- passport of the mother (father) and its copy;
- birth certificate of the child and its copy;
- a certificate on the composition of the family;
- certificate of income for the last 3 months (2-NDFL at the place of work of the parents).
In some regions, since 2014, a law has been adopted that exempts large families from the need to provide income certificates.
Step 3
To obtain a voucher to the camp for a child from a poor family, you must collect the following documents:
- a written application for the provision of a voucher (to be completed on the spot);
- passport of the legal representative and a copy of the document;
- birth certificate of the child and a copy;
- certificate of income for the last 3 months;
- certificate of family composition.
Step 4
If a voucher is issued for a disabled child, you will need:
- written statement;
- passport of the legal representative and its copy;
- birth certificate of the child;
- a document confirming disability;
- certificate of family composition.
Step 5
Children studying in sections of educational institutions can also get a ticket to health camps for thematic shifts. In this case, a free voucher is provided or with a partial payment. Such a voucher is issued at an educational institution. You only need to provide a birth certificate.
Step 6
Another opportunity to place your child in the camp at the lowest cost is the vouchers issued by the trade unions. Many employers are ready to compensate for the cost of travel packages for the children of their employees. For this, in April-May, applications are collected from those wishing to receive such compensation. The amount of compensation is set by the employer.
