And in order to strengthen the immune system, it is necessary for the child to eat right, move more, walk in the fresh air, and exercise.
Air baths
They are needed not only by a baby, but also by older children. Therefore, often ventilate the premises, try not to dress the child, as they say in "a hundred clothes". Avoid drafts.
Cold and hot shower
Teach your child (you can also do it yourself!) To take a contrast shower. You should also alternate hot water with warm water, lower the temperature every day.
Pool
If possible, enroll the child in the pool. It is best to start swimming during the warmer months.
Rinses
For the prevention of ENT diseases, we recommend rinsing with slightly salted water. For this, the best would be to use sea salt.
Rubdowns
Teach your child to wipe down. Rubdown should begin with a towel or hand moistened with water, and only then proceed to dousing with water. It is especially useful to do this in the morning, the body will be ready for new beginnings. It will also strengthen the immune system.
Walk barefoot
A very useful activity is walking barefoot on the grass, on the ground, on the sand. The child thus stimulates the receptors of the feet, which are responsible for immunity.
And most importantly - always dress your child outside according to the weather, do not wrap him up if it is summer. And of course, don't leave him a T-shirt and shorts if it's fall.
