Instructions
Step 1
Body and head - 1 piece:
Cast on 12 stitches on the knitting needles.
Knit 2 rows with front stitch in a circle.
Increase each loop. It turned out 24 loops.
Work 10 rows with front stitch.
Decrease - knit every 2 loops together. There are 12 loops left.
Next, 1 row with front loops.
Step 2
Next row: Increase every 3rd loop. It turned out 16 loops.
Next 6 rows of front stitch.
Decrease - knit every 2 loops together. There are 8 loops left.
Cut the thread at a distance of 15 cm from the product. Use a needle to pull the thread through the loops and tighten.
Stuff the resulting duckling body with holofiber. Sew the bottom.
Step 3
Beak
Cast on 5 stitches and knit 2 rows of hosiery. In the next row, decrease 1 loop on each side. Work 4 more rows in the stocking stitch. Connect the ends of the beak and sew them together. Fill in the beak and sew to the head.
Sew on the beady eyes.
Step 4
Wings - 2 parts:
Cast on 10 loops, knit 1 row with purl loops.
In the next row, double each loop. It turned out 20 loops.
Next, make decreases in each row by 1 loop. There are 4 loops left. Close the hinges. Sew the edges of the wing and sew it to the torso.
Tie the second in the same way.
Step 5
Legs - 2 parts:
Cast on 3 loops, then double each loop. It turned out 6 loops. Work 3 rows.
Next row: alternate 2 loops together with a yarn. There are 5 loops left. Work 4 rows of stockings. Close the hinges. Sew the edges of the foot and sew it to the body. Tie the second foot in the same way.
Step 6
Sew a bow or a knitted hat on the duck's head.
