Growing plants is one of the useful activities, which, in addition to delighting children, will also help them learn accuracy and responsibility. After all, the child will be able to sow seeds himself, water his garden and wait for the harvest. If you are not a happy owner of a personal plot, then you can equip a vegetable garden on the windowsill.

Necessary

  • - Fiberboard sheet
  • - plastic jar
  • - plastic box
  • - foam rubber
  • - acrylic paints
  • - PVA glue
  • - brushes
  • - spray bottle (with water)
  • - soil (earth)
  • - seeds
  • - children's sandbox rake

Instructions

Step 1

To make it more fun, you can create a whole farm with your own hands with a house, a garden and, of course, beds.

We need: a sheet of fiberboard of a suitable size, such that it can be placed in the place reserved for the garden, a plastic jar, which we will paint and transform into a nice house, a plastic box or a tray with low sides - this is for arranging the beds, foam rubber for easy paint application, acrylic paints, PVA glue, brushes, earth - sold in a flower shop, seeds - in a flower shop you can find anything you like, a spray bottle with water - we will water the garden.

Step 2

Let's take the basis for our composition - a sheet of fiberboard - we glue the box with the help of PVA to the base. We will cover the jar in two layers with white acrylic paint - let it dry. Draw windows, roof, masonry, door, decorate

painted flowers, ivy and so on, as fantasy tells us. When the paint is dry. you can glue the jar to the base.

Step 3

Paint the remaining free area between the house and the garden with foam rubber and paint the resulting background: we will draw flowers, a garden path, and so on - we will trust the flight of imagination in this matter as well. When the paint dries, you can place plastic trees, bushes, animals - all this can be found in a box with children's toys.

Step 4

When everything is ready, fill the plastic box glued to the fiberboard base with earth. Use a stick to cut through the beds, sow seeds in the beds. Armed with a sandbox rake, cover the planted seeds with earth. Now we will water our garden with a spray bottle and wait for the shoots to appear.

The main thing is not to forget to moisten the ground as necessary.
