So, in the Moscow region, there are two laws that clearly define the time for repair work in their apartment. From 9 o'clock in the morning until 19 o'clock in the evening, you can do it for repairs, later a violation will be recorded. According to the second law on silence, no noise is allowed from 11 pm to 7 am. Noise includes: drying out music, shouting, using pyrotechnic devices, playing musical instruments and repairing. It is worth noting that repairs cannot be made between 7 pm and 11 pm, but it is not forbidden to turn on loud music.

How to act in case of violation of the law
If neighbors, bypassing the law, continue to carry out construction work at untimely hours, then you can write a statement on them. The district officer is obliged to sort out such a case. It is important to collect signatures to the application from several tenants who are unhappy with the increased noise level in their apartment. The district officer can personally be present at the scene of the proceedings and record the violation of the law.
If the neighbor is not aware of the time of the repair work, he should read the provisions from the law on silence.
But before engaging law enforcement agencies to resolve an everyday issue, you can have a "good" talk with your neighbors. Explain to them that there is a small child or elderly people in the house who are not able to lead a normal life in such conditions.
