In this case, it is necessary to take into account the year of construction of the building. For example, new buildings, especially those with concrete walls, have excellent acoustics. That which will thunder and pound will be amplified many times over in sound and will resonate on the lower floors. However, the time intervals set by the sanitary-epidemiological station do not coincide with the time set by the housing and communal services. Housing offices are allowed to make noise in the daytime, set from 6 am to 10 pm on weekdays.
