Prepare a bag with the necessary things for discharge - separately for yourself and for the child. Husbands usually do not know what they may need, and on the phone they may not understand what exactly you are asking for. Collect your things in the first package. Put on a set of underwear: panties, bra, tights (if cold). Pants or a skirt should be free size with an elastic band, because you do not know how to lose weight after childbirth. In summer, it is better to put on a loose, wrinkle-free dress. Do not forget to put your shoes in a separate bag. Collect your cosmetic bag. Although you won't have a lot of time to do your makeup thoroughly, you will have time to touch up your eyes and eyelashes. Collect things for the child based on what you decide to dress him up - in an envelope or overalls (suit). If you are going to wrap the baby in an envelope, do not forget to put 3 meters of nylon or silk ribbon for the bow. You also need a woolen one outside, it's cold. If the weather permits, limit yourself to two diapers. Place an embroidered corner, two caps, socks or booties, and a warm hat as needed. Two bike and two cotton undershirts will come in handy. By the way, there are special discharge kits for sale that contain all these necessary items. If you are going to put your baby in a special overalls or just put on a suit, take a slip or a bodysuit instead of undershirts. For all options, you will need two diapers - one spare for an “emergency” situation.
