Do not limit all the assistance provided only to material assistance. Currently, children's orphanages are well funded. Of course, there are enough problems everywhere, especially in poor provincial cities. But now charitable foundations are actively cooperating with orphanages, which attract additional funding. For example, the construction of playgrounds and sports grounds is now the prerogative of non-profit organizations. If your company has the financial ability to organize such assistance, you can contact directly the management of the orphanage. But in this case, you will have to deal with the construction of the facility yourself - look for a manufacturer, a team of assemblers, etc. Or you can contact a charitable foundation that oversees this institution or is engaged in this area. The fund can act as a kind of guarantor that the money will go to the right cause and will take on all the obligations to bring the project to life. You just have to cut the ribbon on the opening day of the site and read praise about yourself on the Internet.
Step 2
Give orphans personal attention. You can join volunteers on trips to orphanages to personally see how the children live there and what help they need. Most often, volunteer trips are thematic. For example, for the holidays, volunteers prepare performances, do master classes for children. If you, for example, know how to make soap, make origami or own a quilling technique, you will always be welcome. After all, the most important thing is communication with children, expanding their boundaries of the world, the opportunity to bring more positive into their lives.
Step 3
Help organize outdoor events. If you have the opportunity to invite children to a circus, theater, museum - it will be a real treat for them. You can completely take over the entire cycle of the trip - ordering a bus, excursion, providing children with hot meals. Or you can, for example, if you have a cafe or restaurant, feed the children with lunch (free of charge or at a significant discount). And for this, inform the volunteers or employees of the charitable foundation that you are ready to help children on such a basis.
Step 4
If you want to help, but are not ready to do it personally, provide indirect help. You can print large quantities of coloring pages from the Internet, make the necessary photocopies, participate in charity events (races, stand by the donation box, sell or buy something at charity fairs, collect things and toys, accompany children on trips, etc.). All foundations are interested in volunteers who are ready to provide gratuitous assistance.
