While you are in the last months of waiting and are languishing with the desire to see your baby as soon as possible, it's time to prepare everything you need to have a baby. There is no need to believe the prejudices that prescribe to shift these troubles onto the shoulders of relatives. At the same time, you run the risk of getting an unpleasant surprise upon returning from the hospital, discovering that you forgot to buy some things at all or bought the wrong ones.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, decide on the place where the crib will be. This should be a bright place, protected from direct sunlight and drafts. The bed should not stand at the door to the room or on the aisle, where the child's sleep will be constantly disturbed.
Step 2
Buy or look at your favorite crib in the store, and to it - a mattress and a beautiful set of bedding.
Step 3
In a set for a crib, buy a changing table or decide which of the tables available at home will be used for changing. Determine a place near the crib where he will stand.
Step 4
Buy a chest of drawers or wardrobe for baby things, or empty shelves in a shared wardrobe. Remember that the number of children's things will increase every day, and very soon they will take up a lot of space.
Step 5
Do not forget that the baby will need a bathtub for bathing, and to it - a hammock that holds the baby. Get a soft hooded towel, water thermometer, large sponge, and baby soap or bath product immediately.
Step 6
Buy all the necessary things for a newborn - diapers, undershirts, romper, hats, socks, beautiful suits. Select among them those that you will take with you to the hospital, wash, iron on both sides and put them in a separate bag along with a small pack of diapers. Wash, iron, and put the rest of the items neatly into the closet.
Step 7
Assemble a baby first aid kit with an electronic thermometer, brilliant green, sterile cotton, cotton swabs, baby antipyretic syrup, and an anti-bloating agent for babies.
Step 8
At 36 weeks of pregnancy, put the items you are going to take to the hospital in a separate bag so that you do not have to get ready in a hurry if necessary. Do not forget about the documents - passport, insurance policy, birth certificate, exchange card and all medical documents related to your health and pregnancy.
Step 9
But the most important thing is to get more rest, go for a walk, read books about parenting and tune in to the fact that everything will be fine. A positive attitude is essential for the successful outcome of childbirth. Have a healthy baby!
