Apple fruit puree

Select only ripe, fresh, whole fruits without flaws for making mashed potatoes. Wash thoroughly, wipe with a clean cloth. Peel the apple, remove the core and seeds. Then grate it on a fine grater or chop it with a blender. Other fruits are mashed in the same way. You can also mix several fruit purees together.

Step 2

Pumpkin puree with apple

Wash the pumpkin piece and apple. Peel, cut out the seeds. Cut the pumpkin into pieces and boil, in a small amount of boiled water, until tender, in a saucepan with a closed lid. The pumpkin should be very soft. Grate the apple on a fine grater. Grind the pumpkin with a blender or remember with a spoon and mix with applesauce.

Start introducing complementary foods with rabbit meat, turkey, and then offer the baby pork, beef. Cut the meat into cubes and boil until cooked through. Then pass the boiled meat through a meat grinder 2-3 times. Add a little milk, butter to the resulting minced meat and beat the mass.

For fish pudding

Wash the potatoes, cut the skins and soak them in cold water for about 4 hours. Boil the potatoes until tender, and then mash in mashed potatoes with a spoon or crush so that there are no lumps left. Add a little milk if the mashed potatoes are too thick.

Step 6

Peel the fish, wash thoroughly and boil. Remove all bones. Mash the boiled fish fillet and combine it with mashed potatoes, melted butter. Beat half the egg into a thick foam using a mixer. Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil, put the potato-fish mass in it, fill it with an egg. Cover the dishes with a lid and place in a water bath for half an hour.
