Split practice develops good muscle elasticity and healthy joint mobility. This, in turn, improves coordination of movements and reduces the risk of injury from falls. Children have softer ligaments and therefore it is much easier to teach a child to sit on a twine than an adult. The most important thing is to know how to do it right.

Instructions

Step 1

Training must be carried out competently. To do this, do muscle stretching exercises with your child every day. Just remember: under no circumstances should you stretch unheated muscles. Be sure to warm up for 3-5 minutes first. Squats, goose strides, leg kicks, light toe jumps, and running in place are all good choices.

Step 2

Next, do stretching exercises. The stretch for the longitudinal twine is performed from a kneeling stand. Let the child stretch alternately one or the other leg forward, trying to bring the pelvis as low as possible to the floor. You also need to make sure that the leg stretched forward is always straight at the knee. Because if the baby gets used to bending it, then it will be very difficult to retrain.

Step 3

Cross twine stretch. Spread your legs as far as possible, stretch your arms forward - this is the starting position. Explain to the child that he must transfer the weight of the body first to his arms, then to the twine itself. Performing such alternations, we gradually bend our arms, thereby reducing the separation from the floor. For those who are already well warmed up and stretched, there is another great exercise. It is called crawling. Sitting on the floor, you need to spread your legs as much as possible to the sides, then, leaning on your hands and not moving your legs, as if crawling to an emphasis lying on your stomach. Over time, complicate the exercise by the fact that you will need to crawl, practically without lifting the pelvis from the floor.

Step 4

You cannot immediately stretch to the maximum, everything has its time. After stretching, alternate the execution of the right longitudinal-transverse and left twine. The next exercise is "butterfly" (or "frog"). Have your child sit down, connect their feet and bring them as close to the groin as possible, trying to reach the floor with their knees. Next, you need to start moving your knees up and down, as if waving your wings.

Step 5

The next stretch is done at the wall bars. The child stands with his back to her, and with his hands he takes the crossbar above him. Slowly lift one of the baby's legs up. At the same time, slightly fix the knee of the second leg on which he stands with your knee in order to prevent the baby's leg from bending. Raise the child's leg smoothly, up and down until a slight feeling of soreness appears, so that the muscles stretch. Then, in the next lesson, the stretching will already be a little better and stronger.
