It is difficult to completely change your life, it takes time, willpower and motivation. But if you know exactly what you want and are ready to cope with difficulties for a better life, you will succeed.
Instructions
Step 1
First, you need to realize what exactly you do not like in your life. If it’s just a vague feeling “something is wrong,” try to get to the bottom of what specifically prevents you from feeling happy and peaceful. You can remember the reason that prompted the desire to change your life. For example, you could see an image in the film that you liked and wanted to get rid of your bad habits, go to this ideal.
Step 2
Understand what you want to achieve and what needs to change in life in order for it to start to suit you. Write down everything you want to see in your life. List your aspirations, desires, dreams on the sheet in a column. When you write down the necessary changes on a piece of paper, it will be much easier for you to change your life for the better. To understand your aspirations, analyze each area of your life separately: personal life, work, self-improvement, hobbies, etc.
Step 3
Prioritize tasks, but don't go all at once. Choose the most significant and acute change at the moment and put the first number next to it. Then the less significant - 2 and so on until the end of the list. Now you know in what sequence to make changes in your life.
Step 4
Take a new piece of paper and in the heading write the description of your change under number 1. Below, write down all the ways you can achieve this. When all the options are listed, select the most suitable one and break it down into small sub-points to achieve the goal. Write down every small step you need to take while making this change. Make a list sequentially, and then add the estimated execution time next to each step.
Step 5
Start doing the first thing on the list, and then do the rest in sequence. In small steps, you will progress towards your perfect life. Noticing the first changes in your life will make it easier for you to complete the to-do list. When willpower fails, imagine your new life, and this will stimulate you to move on.
Step 6
After implementing the first item on the list, tackle the second in the same way. Do not do all things at the same time, maximum two or three changes, but from different areas of life.
