The children's sports complex is an excellent trainer for active and mobile children. It develops muscles, forms a positive attitude towards sports, perseverance and a competitive spirit in kids. In order for your child to be happy and want to exercise every day, it is important to take a responsible approach to the choice of sports equipment.
Instructions
Step 1
Plan how much space the complex will occupy in your apartment and where it will be located. There are very small structures that will occupy no more than two square meters, but they, as a rule, consist only of a wall bar and a crossbar. To prevent the baby from getting bored, it is advisable to purchase a complex with several components. The largest models have many accessories for children, but they will have to be installed in a separate room or in the yard.
Step 2
Choose a method of mounting the sports complex that is convenient for you. For example, some structures are fastened with a rasp between the floor and the ceiling, which allows them to be placed even in the center of the room. Others are designed to be attached to walls. This is convenient when you need, for example, to fill the corner space of a nursery with something.
Step 3
The material from which the complex is made is also of great importance. Wooden exercise machines are lightweight, less traumatic, since children are not very severely bruised when colliding with them. However, such complexes may not withstand the weight of several children or an already grown baby. Metal sports grounds are strong, suitable for company play, and retain their appearance for a long time. In addition, the risk of planting a splinter during the game is also zero.
Step 4
Pay attention to the complete set of the structure. For kids under two years old, a Swedish wall with a stair step of no more than twenty centimeters, a mat and a small slide will be enough. For older children, you can add gym rings, a rope ladder, and a swing. Children from four years old will make great friends with such shells as a trapeze, a punching bag, a basketball hoop, and a rope. Observe your athlete to find out which adaptations they are not interested in and help your little one to master them.
