Carefully so as not to damage the yolk, break the egg into a container filled with water - any glass jar or glass will do. Place this container under the head of your bed at night. If you are not an adherent of the Christian egregor, then use visualization, imagining that the egg, like a magnet, pulls out all the dark and evil from you. Then repeat the same in the lower abdomen; near the navel; at the chest at the level of the heart; near the neck - where the thyroid gland is located; near the forehead, and, finally, above the back of the head - this is where the so-called "crown" chakra is located.
