When there is a small child in the family, the mother has to turn around the house, taking breaks from work only during the night's sleep. Daily routines do not end and, at times, it seems that things are not getting smaller. It's time to stop and think about how to do everything so that you can do everything.

Instructions

Step 1

Most mothers are busy with their children all day and do household chores when the baby goes to bed. The main mistake is the desire to redo everything at once. The result of such a desire can still be the same pile of unfinished business. Learn to plan clearly: on which days of the week you are cleaning, on which - ironing.

Step 2

Plan everything carefully. Make a menu for the week ahead: then you will know exactly when to go to the grocery store and how much time to spend on cooking dinner. Try to distribute things in such a way that only urgent things can be done alone: take a walk with the baby, cook food, etc. And all the rest - cleaning, ironing, and others - postpone until the arrival of dad or other close people. You will be able to entrust them with control over the baby, and you yourself will calmly, without "crunch", redo all the work.

Step 3

Avoid "unnecessary" activities. Analyze - which of them do you constantly do and at the same time feel that you never did them? Surely there will be a couple of such cases. For example, a crumb throws toys all the time, and you constantly walk around the house and collect them. Stop unnecessary actions, do not waste your energy and time. Before the child's nap, remove what is in the way. In the evening, entrust the restoration of order to dad.

Step 4

When you plan, make sure to set aside an hour of naps for yourself, especially if you don't get enough sleep at night. Chronic fatigue reduces your performance: if too much of it accumulates, you will have difficulty performing elementary actions.

Step 5

If you don't take care of yourself, no one will do it for you. And don't forget to take a break at least once a week. Go shopping, buy yourself something new, sit with a friend in a cafe, go to the theater or cinema. Take breaks from your daily routine, and you will have the energy to keep up with everything.
