If a baby bites, hits you or other children, breaks toys, this does not mean that your child is difficult. Perhaps, by being aggressive towards others, the baby is trying to get your attention, to find out the boundaries of what is allowed for him or to feel his own importance. Or is it an age crisis and the definition of a new status. In any case, the child should be confident in parental love and know that mom and dad will always understand him and help.

Some children go to another room, to the kitchen, to the bathroom and close there, trying to cope with anger and resentment on their own. Such situations are especially difficult when parents want to talk to the baby, stop him, and an angry, aggressive child does not obey. What to do? The answer is simple - leave your child alone for at least half an hour or an hour. When the baby calms down, you can talk to him calmly.

If the child bites, rushes at you with fists, squeeze him in a strong embrace and carry him out of the room. This is a good way to distract attention and show that you will not allow yourself to be hurt. Calmly explain to your child that you understand his anger and irritation, but do not allow them to throw themselves at you or attack other people.

It is useless to scold and shame your child at this moment, since this is the same aggression on your part, only passive. In addition, it is unlikely that the child will listen to you at this moment and perceive them correctly. In a calm tone, tell your little one that you too get angry sometimes, especially when something goes wrong. The child should know that you condemn his act, not himself.

Teach your son or daughter to deal with feelings of anger and irritation. Explain that you can take a piece of paper and tear it up, punch a pillow, or bite a pencil. It is important that the baby does not tolerate aggression on people, animals, on all living beings.

Sometimes parents allow an aggressive child to do whatever he wants to calm him down. By doing so, they show the baby that a lot can be achieved by attack, screaming, tantrums. At the same time, the authority of the parents suffers, in which the child sees support and a guarantee of safety. Several years of such upbringing, and it will be too late to ask what to do if the child does not obey mom and dad and respects only brute force. That is why, if you cannot cope with childhood aggression on your own, you should consult a specialist for advice.
