Frequently visit crowded places and children's groups in order to avoid infection with various kinds of infections.
Ignore any manifestations of ailments. If something hurts, it is imperative to consult a doctor in order to identify abnormalities in time, to prevent abnormal development of the fetus.
Use household chemicals. Powders and detergents contain a lot of harmful substances that, if used directly, can harm the fetus.
Clean up the pet's toilet. You can become infected with toxoplasmosis through the faeces of animals.
Experiment with food. Do not eat foods that may contain harmful substances. It is worth adhering to the diet recommended by the gynecologist.
Use makeup. Aggressive cosmetics such as hair dye or self-tanning products can negatively affect your baby.
Take medication. Even if a woman gets sick, the doctor will prescribe treatment that is acceptable during pregnancy. It is strongly discouraged to take conventional medications during pregnancy.
