Instructions
Step 1
If you are a working mother, contact the accounting department or HR department of the company where you are employed to get your maternity allowance. You can make cash payments and go on vacation at 30 weeks of pregnancy. Before that, visit the antenatal clinic, where you will be given a sick leave of the established form.
Step 2
To apply for maternity benefits, write a corresponding application addressed to the head of the organization, and also provide an accountant or a specialist in the personnel department with a sick leave. This is enough for you to be able to receive a lump sum payment. If necessary, provide an additional photocopy of your passport, TIN and insurance pension certificate, if for some reason they are not in your personal file.
Step 3
After the baby is born, provide a copy and original of his birth certificate to work. Write an application to give you a well-deserved vacation with monthly benefits. The amount of the benefit will depend on your income for the last 2 calendar years. Payments will begin as soon as your pregnancy and baby sick leave ends.
Step 4
If you do not work anywhere, then according to the law you are only entitled to allowance for caring for a baby up to 1, 5 years old, which you can receive immediately after the birth of a child, if you contact the One Stop Shop in a timely manner with the appropriate application. Show the employee of the social service your passport, baby's birth certificate, original work book, documents confirming your marital status. Also write a statement of the established form.
Step 5
You will be able to get Child Benefit until they turn 3 years old if you haven’t returned to work by that time. But after 1, 5 years, the amount of cash payments will become purely symbolic and will be only 50 rubles a month.
