Instructions

Step 1

The ball must be smooth (without pimples), elastic, stable (not pumped), no more than 75 cm in diameter, capable of withstanding a load of up to 200-300 kg

Step 2

In the first month of life, classes are carried out no more than 10-15 minutes, no less than 40-60 minutes after feeding. To get started, perform simple swinging in various designs.

Step 3

Place the baby on his tummy, lightly press him to the ball with one hand, hold the other in the knee area, swing for 1-2 minutes. At the same time, talk to him calmly and affectionately, praise, encourage.

Step 4

Then turn it over on its back and repeat the procedure. If your baby is anxious, you can first pick him up and swing on the ball together.

Step 5

After the first month, the exercises get more difficult. Now try not to support your back and tummy with your hand. Practice alternating the rest on the arms and legs of the baby, in the prone position, alternately supporting him and slightly lifting the opposite part of the body from the ball.

Step 6

Practice hanging upside down while lying on your back. Gradually increasing the slope and vibration amplitude. Make sure that the baby is completely relaxed in any position, take your time. Be consistent.

Step 7

After the second month, you can begin to master various rotational exercises with arms and legs, such as: "mill", "bicycle", crossing, "frog" pose, etc. Gradually move on to turns, deflections (pose "fish", "swallows").

Step 8

Exercise as much as the baby is comfortable. After gymnastics, it is good to swim a little in a warm bath, complete the procedure with a one-time dousing. The water temperature should be a couple of degrees lower than in the bathroom, the difference gradually increases.

Step 9

By devoting about an hour a day to these simple procedures, very soon you will see all the benefits of the early physical and emotional development of your baby.
