“How many times have the world been told…” No, now it’s not about flattery, but about excessive gullibility towards charlatans. As a result of which, people, like Krylov's raven, incur quite real losses. But she lost only a piece of cheese, and gullible citizens sometimes remain without any property. And they seem to be repeating from the pages of newspapers, from TV screens: be careful, do not believe all sorts of hereditary magicians, sorcerers, clairvoyants, but there are still people who climb into the trap themselves.
Instructions
Step 1
A real specialist knows how to “tell just about complex things”. If, finding yourself in the office of a magician or a sorcerer, after a few minutes you feel that you are completely confused in his explanations, and he continues to sprinkle with terms like “karma”, “aura”, “biofield” with a clever look - run away from there as soon as possible.
Step 2
Not a single self-respecting specialist scatters promises. If you are told in the first minute that they will 100% solve all your problems, without even really listening to what the matter is, this is almost certainly a charlatan. Don't waste your time or money.
Step 3
An ominous, gloomy environment (dense twilight with one or two burning candles, magic crystals, balls, solemnly frightening voice, etc.) is completely unnecessary for a real magician when he receives visitors, but for a charlatan it is a necessary entourage. After all, the more you manage to get on the nerves of a gullible client, the more money you can then shake off of him.
Step 4
And, of course, it is clearly not worth looking for magicians and sorcerers by advertisements in the media. Better use word of mouth. And in doing so, of course, also try to exercise reasonable care and vigilance.
Step 5
Do not show fear and do not become discouraged, because the breeding ground for charlatans of all stripes is human fears, troubles, prejudices. For example, a person suddenly learns with horror that he has a serious, neglected illness. The treatment did not bring positive results (at least not fast). And then, in despair, a person is ready to become like that very drowning man who grasps at a straw. What if a miracle happens! In a word, there are many reasons why a desperate person is ready to resort to the help of all kinds of magicians.
