Step 1
Select the antenatal clinic you want to register with. It can be near your home or work or anywhere else. If you are registered in another district of Moscow, or even in another city, this is not a reason for refusing supervision. By law, a pregnant woman can join any antenatal clinic. If you have a compulsory medical insurance policy, all doctor's visits, tests and examinations will be free.
Step 2
Write to the name of the head of the application for attachment to this antenatal clinic. Attach all required documents to it. If before that you observed your pregnancy in another medical institution, bring from there an extract from the outpatient card and a certificate of deregistration.
Step 3
Make an appointment with your doctor. You should not postpone the first visit until late, registration in the first weeks of pregnancy helps to detect many problems in time and take measures to eliminate them.
Step 4
Get directions from your doctor for tests, ultrasounds and specialist consultations. After you complete all the appointments and bring the results, the gestational age will be determined and an individual pregnant woman's card will be introduced. The date of issue of this card is the date of registration.
Step 5
Get a registration certificate from your doctor before 12 weeks of pregnancy. This document makes it possible to issue a one-time benefit. If you register at a later date, this benefit will not be paid.
