Step 2
Choose a consultation in which it will be more convenient to register. Near your place of residence, for example, or work. If a woman is a citizen of Russia, then she has the right to be observed in every antenatal clinic in her country. In addition, she has the right to elect any gynecologist who works in this consultation.
Step 3
Write an application addressed to the head about joining the selected antenatal clinic. Provide all required documents (copies). Passport, card statement (outpatient), policy, certificate of deregistration, etc.
Step 4
Make an appointment with your doctor. You should not postpone the first visit until a later date. Since registration with a medical record will help to timely detect an arising problem and take all necessary measures to successfully eliminate it.
Step 5
Get directions for ultrasound from the gynecologist, tests and referrals for consultation from other specialists. When you have completed all the appointments, present the results to your doctor, he will determine the deadline and start a personal record of the pregnant woman. The date of issue of this card will be the time of registration of pregnancy.
Step 6
Get a gynecologist's certificate stating that you are registered (even before the onset of 12 weeks of pregnancy). Such a document allows you to issue a benefit (one-time). If you are more than 12 weeks pregnant, this benefit will not be paid.
