All parents want to raise their son as a man so that he grows up caring, attentive, creative and kind. But boys do not grow smoothly and evenly on their own. If a boy grows in your sight, then you notice how he grows, how his energy changes at different stages of his life. You need to understand what a child needs at different age stages.
Instructions
Step 1
The initial stage covers the stage from birth to six years of age. The decisive role in the upbringing of a son belongs to the mother. At this age, it is necessary that the baby feels a connection with the mother. Surround the child with care and affection, convey to him a feeling of security and great love, so that the son also learns to love. To this end, take him in your arms more often, talk, squeeze. It is not recommended to send your son to kindergarten until he is three years old. Studies have shown that boys suffer more than girls from separation from family. Experiencing a feeling of abandonment, the child may develop aggressiveness and fears. This behavior can persist even at school.
Step 2
The next stage starts from the age of six to thirteen. The decisive role in the upbringing of a son belongs to the dad. Remember that you are becoming the standard of behavior for a child who suddenly has a desire to imitate you, to learn something new. Watch your actions, speech. Do not distance yourself from the family either physically or mentally. Give your child all your free attention, otherwise he will attract him to himself with a variety of antics. Boys can wet the bed, steal, be aggressive towards others. Develop your son's creative and mental abilities, do not forget about personal qualities. Draw his attention to the positive actions of the movie characters. For the same purpose, read fiction to children. Mom should not abandon the upbringing of her son due to the fact that he has become older. Her love is still important to the child.
Step 3
Stage from fourteen to adulthood. Find a male mentor for the boy who will prepare him for adulthood so that he does not have to be content with the knowledge of his peers. The main criteria for choosing a mentor are honesty and safety. Involve the child in adulthood, instill a sense of responsibility.
Step 4
Both parents must take part in raising a son, from birth to adulthood. Only the share of participation of the father or mother at each age stage changes.
