Unfortunately, excessive intensification of the educational process, inconsistency of school programs with the age and functional characteristics of children, non-observance of elementary hygiene requirements by children contribute to the development of typical "school" diseases in schoolchildren, such as acute respiratory infections, chickenpox, head lice, scoliosis, and myopia. The adult's task is to help the kid to get around the pitfalls of education.
Instructions
Step 1
A good night's sleep is good for adults as well, but children need it. Your baby should sleep at least nine hours. It is sound sleep that will help make the immune system resistant to viruses and microbes. Children with sleep deficiency get sick more often. Interestingly, sleep deficit is usually observed not because the baby spends a lot of time over books, but because of the TV and computer that are in his bedroom.
Step 2
All children love to eat sweets, chips and drink Coca-Cola, but if you want your child to avoid health problems at school, he needs to provide three full meals a day. Don't let your child get away from breakfast. Many people cannot eat a hearty meal in the morning, but a light breakfast is essential.
Step 3
Teach your child to basic hygiene standards. It is necessary that he independently wash his hands before eating, after walking, after using the toilet, rinsing his nose and mouth with water. You can also provide your child with wet wipes or antibacterial gel so they can use them whenever they want.
Step 4
Everyone knows that exercise is good for your health, but few people do daily exercise. Teach your child not to miss physical education lessons, do exercises. You can show your son or daughter a good example and do exercises together. This will be useful for both you and your child.
Step 5
Toddlers know not to slouch, however, when the mother is not watching, they quickly forget to keep their back straight. Give your child a reminder on your mobile phone that will sound every half hour, and the student will remember to straighten up.
Step 6
Make sure that the child goes through all the doctors on time, without missing medical examinations. Raise him in the spirit of respect and love for his body, for his health, setting a positive example for the child in this.
