Often the girl is just waiting for this: so that you show how much pain the present state of affairs brings you, and what plans you have in order to get out of this situation.

You can prepare a girl not only for the event that is initiated by you (for example, moving to another city or another country or, God forbid, parting with a girl, again initiated by you). Maybe your parents are against your relationship, and you (which is very unlikely) are on their side. Then you need to be firm to the last and, first of all, be sure yourself that the decision you made is correct. Only then will you be able to prepare the girl for the upcoming blow.
