Print stencil-appropriate designs such as flowers. Carefully cut out the stencil and glue it to the bag. Save the cut parts. Using a sponge, apply paint to the center flower. Allow the paint to dry, then place the cut from the stencil on top of the flower and paint the flowers on the sides.
Paint the leaves in the same way. You can add a little glitter to the paint. Draw thin stems on the fabric with chalk. Sew sequin braid along the contour of flowers, leaves and stems. Decorate the center of the flowers with beads: sew them to your purse.
