Necessary

  • - piece of chalk;
  • - two chairs;
  • - a bowl of water;
  • - cups;
  • - several large items;
  • - many small different items;
  • - stool;
  • - blindfolds;
  • - four tablespoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Play Sparrow Jumping with the little ones. Draw a large circle on the floor or asphalt with chalk; in its center there should be a leader - "crow". Children - "sparrows" are outside the circle and, upon a signal, jump to the "raven", jump, trying not to fall into the clutches of the enemy and at the same time not go beyond the drawn line. When the "crow" catches the "sparrow" he takes its place. This game helps to develop the child's coordination.

Step 2

Place two chairs about a hundred meters apart. Place a basin of water on one chair, and an empty basin on the other. The main task of the participants in the game is: to transfer water in any plastic forms (for example, glasses) from a full container to an empty one. The winners are the team of children that spills less water during the transfer.

Step 3

Invite the child to twist with his right hand towards him, while twisting his right leg away from him. Give one more task: slap yourself on the head with your left hand, while stroking your belly with your right hand in different directions: from left to right and from right to left.

Step 4

For each player, pick up a few large (ones that can hardly be held on one hand) and many small items. They should be in a separate pile for each player. Game task: transfer all objects at one time without dropping them to a distance of 7-10 meters while blindfolded. The winner is the one who successfully copes with the task.

Step 5

Play a spoon-and-leg game with the children. Turn the stool upside down, place the player's back with a blindfold on each leg. Each child should have a wooden spoon in their hands. At the signal from the leader, the children should take three steps forward, turn around and try to put the spoon on the leg as soon as possible. The first person to complete the task wins.

Step 6

Challenge the children to rotate their arm from right to left and the leg in the opposite direction at the same time. Then ask them to do the same with both hands and feet.
