According to the stories of older generations, it is rather difficult to feel the parental responsibility that falls on the shoulders of each person after the birth of the baby.

It is worth noting that changes in relationships after the birth of a child occur in every family. Almost every couple begins to notice a change in behavior and sometimes a chill in the relationship. This usually happens for several reasons:

1. Routine. Not a single family can do without such a phenomenon. With the advent of a child, young parents for a long time have to give up their usual hobbies, spend active weekends or visit nightlife with friends. Weekdays and weekends are practically no different from each other and proceed in the same mode.

2. Dissatisfaction of needs. Most often, the needs of the wife differ from those of the husband at the initial stage. The spouse gets so tired with the child and the performance of housework that she often simply does not have the strength to devote time to her beloved husband and just be with him and find out how his day went. At the same time, a spouse who comes home from work without getting what he wants for a long time may begin to show his dissatisfaction. On this basis, scandals, misunderstandings and other unpleasant consequences most often arise.

3. Physical changes in appearance. As a rule, after giving birth, a woman's appearance changes. After rapid weight gain, the skin stretches and loses its firmness. Of course, in order to restore the previous appearance, you need to be patient, but sometimes it ends before the husband starts working on herself. In addition to changes in physical data, due to endless employment and accumulated fatigue, a woman may develop PTSD (post-traumatic syndrome or postpartum depression).

Many young parents take time to accept such changes, because the child was part of the family's plans. But sometimes expectations differ from reality. In most cases, spouses begin to experience difficulties in sexual terms, since against the background of constant responsibilities and problems, there is no longer any room for desire.
