Mash the flesh of the finished potatoes with a fork, chop the broccoli and fish in a blender, mix thoroughly, add liquid if necessary.

Pour 50 g of pearl barley into a small saucepan and cover with water. After bringing to a boil, cook for 40 minutes. Wash 300 g of spinach and tear off the tough stems, place in a saucepan, cover and put on fire for 3-4 minutes. During this time, the spinach will stick, this will be enough for use in baby food. Chop one small onion, sauté with 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil over medium heat for a quarter of an hour. Spinach, onion, pearl barley, 1 tablespoon of butter, chop in a blender, add a small amount of liquid that remained after cooking the pearl barley. If you use spelled instead of barley, the puree will acquire a pleasant, slightly lumpy consistency. From these ingredients, 500 ml of baby puree is obtained.
