Exercises to increase
After warming up, you can move on to the first stage of your workout - stretching. The penis should be gently grasped just below the head and gently pulled away from you, observing all precautions. With this exercise, the ligaments of the penis will develop and lengthen, which in turn will increase the penis.
If you experience the slightest pain or discomfort, stop immediately - you may overstretch the muscle.
Having finished with the first exercise, you can move on to the Arabian method of penis enlargement, which is called "milking." To perform it, the penis must be brought into a state of semi-erection, lubricate well with lubricant and make hand movements that imitate milking a cow. These exercises should be performed without fanaticism, but regularly, giving the penis time to rest and recover. A side effect can be a slight weakening of the erection, which goes away quickly. The first result will be noticeable after a few months of regular exercise.
