Of course, now there are many companies in the entertainment market that provide such services. But if they wish, the parents themselves can arrange a good holiday.
Which contests should you choose?
You have probably already thought about what to give your child for his birthday and what dishes you will cook. It remains to think about what to do with the guests, so that they are interesting and fun, so that they throw out their energy, but at the same time do not get overexcited. At a well-organized holiday, calm games alternate with active ones, and rightly so. Much also depends on the age of the children. A company of different ages requires special attention, when both one-year-old kids and schoolchildren are together.

"Quiet" contests
A large children's company can be divided into several groups. Educational contests are good for all ages, but the opportunities for toddlers and older preschoolers are different. Kids can be offered, for example, to fold a figure from several large fragments. Cut out a large circle and some ovals. Invite the little ones to fold the flower. Whoever does it faster and more correctly will win. Just remember to reward the loser as well. You can, of course, add not only a flower, but also many other simple pictures - a house, a typewriter, a tumbler. You can collect pictures on the floor or on the table, by design or by pattern. The same competition is also suitable for older preschool children, only the pictures should be more complex. A company of different ages can be divided into teams so that each includes small and large children.
Draw with closed eyes
Drawing with eyes closed causes a lot of fun in children. Take two large sheets of Whatman paper. Draw the same shapes on them (for example, the outlines of a person's face or body). Invite the participants to look closely at the pictures. Blindfold the two guys (do not forget to put a strip of clean paper under the bandage), bring them to the sheet and offer to draw eyes or a nose. The next pair of players draws mouths, ears, etc. Regardless of who won, this competition is a lot of fun.
Make sure that the participant does not have any foreign objects on the way to the drawing.
Find the same color
If you are celebrating outdoors or in a large room, you can run mobile contests. For example, show participants a card or object of a specific color. At the signal, everyone rushes to look for clothes of the same color on each other. With older preschoolers, hold such a competition in a small room. In this case, they do not touch the object, but simply call it. You can invite children to find objects of a certain shape, bring or name them.
There is always a quest
A quest is always interesting and fun if you properly prepare for it. It can last the whole holiday. You need to think about a few caches. If there are two teams, there must be an even number of caches. In two, any items that the participants will look for are laid. Place cards with clues in the rest of the caches. The cards can contain drawings, riddles, quotes from works known to children. Guessing where the team should go next should not be too easy, but not particularly difficult, otherwise the children will lose interest. The first team to find the artifact wins. The plot can be anything. Participants can search for a gift for the birthday boy, rescue the princess, search for treasure.
Music contests
If there are real or toy musical instruments in the house, music contests can be held. One of the options is this. Place a screen so that the children cannot see what you are playing on. Knock the drum, blow the pipe, shake the maracas. Children have to guess the instrument. Despite the fact that the contests seem simple, for toddlers and even younger preschool children, it is quite difficult. Give a chip to the one who guessed correctly. The winner is the one with the most chips. Prizes are given to all participants.
Paper dress
This competition is especially popular with girls. You will need several rolls of toilet paper and plastic staples. Each participant must create a dress for herself from paper. You can play fashion designers, princesses, or come up with your own game goal.
