Step 1

The application should indicate the start and end dates for parental leave up to three years of age. Submit it under the personal resolution of the head of the enterprise.

Step 3

The woman retains her job, and it is impossible to terminate the employment relationship with her.

After the end of the parental leave for a child under three years old, you need to go to work or take another leave, if it has not been used earlier.

Step 5

Then you can take a vacation without pay, but no more than 30 days. This number of days is the maximum for granting leave within one year.

Step 6

All the rest of the time that is necessary for caring for a child can be arranged only by personal agreement with the employer.

Step 7

An additional extension of leave exceeding 3 years is not established by labor legislation. Therefore, if a woman is going to sit with her child at home, she will have to quit.

Step 8

A collective agreement may be established, provide - mothers of many children, single, mothers of disabled children additional unpaid leave until the children reach the age of 14 years. But there are no strict instructions on this score. Therefore, this leave is not provided in all enterprises, but only in those where it is established by the collective agreement.
