Parents often face the problem of raising difficult children. A difficult child is a voluminous concept: aggressive, greedy, whiny and a liar - all these are difficult children. Each child needs to find his own approach, his own way out of the situation. How to influence the behavior of liars and dreamers? The child's world is filled with both real and fabulous events. The kid dreams of being a wizard and begins to fantasize. Having played, he himself no longer remembers where his fantasy is, and where is reality.

Instructions

Step 1

Children begin to invent at the age of 3-4 years, at the age of 5-6 they turn into dreamers. They themselves both believe and do not believe that toys walk and talk at night while everyone is asleep. The plots for the games become real: pistols shoot and hit the enemy, the dolls get sick and want to eat. In fact, this is not a deception, but the baby's fantasies, which speak of his good imagination. But sometimes children make up something to fill the void in their inner world.

Step 2

If your child is fantasizing, don't blame him for lying. Look for the reason, try to figure out why the baby is fantasizing. For example, he imagined himself to be a hero and a conqueror of enemies if he was physically weak. Or my daughter tells how Buratino crawled under the bed in a "quiet hour" and made everyone laugh.

Step 3

Direct the child's imagination into creativity - let the child draw what he has invented. Thus, his fantasy can turn into a literary or artistic "masterpiece". But sometimes the crumb, instead of overcoming difficulties, goes into his fictional world, turning into an empty dreamer. Such children need to be reminded of their deeds and "returned to earth."

Step 4

But lies are much more dangerous than fantasy, and the parents themselves are to blame for the fact that the child is lying. First, they demand from him that he always speak the truth, and upon hearing, they punish or scold. Therefore, the baby has thoughts about how to lie, cheat or keep back. For him, this is a way of self-defense.

Step 5

It happens that children lie to get around the prohibitions of adults in order to achieve their goal. And sometimes cheating is a reluctance to sneak or a way of not giving away friends' secrets (which is common among adults). Scold your baby less, and he will have less reason to lie to you. Think about what your act could have pushed him to lie.

Step 6

Do not set an example yourself, for example, do not ask to say on the phone that you are not at home. Try to keep your promises, if you fail, then explain to the kid why, and not just brush it off. Praise your child. Over time, you will cope with the problem of deception, the most important thing is your desire. After all, there are only a few pathological liars who are useless to educate.
