Necessary

  • - bottles with caps;
  • - thermos container;
  • - cooler bag;
  • - thermos;
  • - bottle warmer.

Instructions

Step 1

Place freshly prepared infant formula in the refrigerator. You can bottle it straight away, or store it in a measuring glass, pour it into bottles and heat it as needed.

Step 2

Sterilize bottles in boiling water for 25 minutes before first use, then place on the table and cover with clean gauze.

Step 3

Place the bottle with the remaining formula after feeding in the refrigerator. Before feeding, take it out and warm the contents in a special device. If the mixture remains in the bottle even after the second feeding, it is better not to use it, or if there is a lot left, boil the remainder and take another, sterile bottle.

Step 4

Close the containers with the prepared mixture with lids and store in the refrigerator unopened. Store the dry mixture in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, with the jar tightly closed with a lid.

Step 5

Take on the road a thermos with boiling water, a few sterile bottles, and a dry mixture. This will allow you to prepare food at any time without fear of its cleanliness. You can take bottles with the ready-made mixture on the road by placing them in a cooler bag or thermos container. In this case, it is convenient to have an electric bottle warmer with you and have access to a power supply.

Step 6

Boil the mixture that has remained at room temperature for 2-3 hours after feeding, fill a sterile bottle with it, in this form it can be given to the child.

Step 7

Heat the mixture from the refrigerator in a special device, an electric bottle warmer, or place the bottle in a container with hot water for a few minutes.

Step 8

Store the prepared mixture in the refrigerator for no more than a day. Place nipple bottles in the refrigerator with plastic caps or a sterile gauze pad. Scald the teat with boiling water before use.
