Especially if there is a lot of shooting, running, and shouting in these games or television programs. Or, conversely, cartoons are very sad. Then the most impressionable children cannot “recover” from everything for a long time and, of course, do not fall asleep for a long time.

That is why experts advise before going to bed to play not active, but calm games. For example, you can invite your child to play with a constructor or play with plasticine. In addition, recently such an activity as modular origami has become quite popular. Of course, the child himself, especially if he is still small enough, will find it difficult to cope with him. But in this case, mom or dad can work with him. In addition to the development of fine motor skills, improvement of memory, attention, development of imagination, the child will receive a lot of positive emotions and communication with parents, which is sometimes so lacking. And of course, the nervous system before going to bed will be calm, and the child will quickly and soundly fall asleep.

In addition, you can invite your child to read some interesting book. These can be, for example, folk tales or nursery rhymes.

You should not feed your baby heavily before bed, as this can also prevent him from falling asleep. But the hungry, of course, should not put him to bed. It is better to offer him a glass of kefir or a cup of milk with honey about an hour before bedtime. Well, or eat a little yogurt. This will satisfy the feeling of hunger, but will not prevent him from sleeping peacefully.

If a child has problems falling asleep in the evening and getting up in the morning, then, most likely, it will be necessary to somehow slightly adjust his daily routine. It is necessary to try to teach him to go to bed and wake up at the same time, even on weekends. Then the child will get used to falling asleep, he will not need to be forced to go to bed, and it will be much easier for him to wake up.
