An adult is not always ready to talk about a divine topic with children. The entire space in which a person lives is saturated with religious symbols - architectural monuments, painting, music, literature. Bypassing religious issues in silence, you deprive children of the opportunity to learn the cultural and spiritual experience that humanity has accumulated.

Step 1
When telling about God to a child, do not hide your opinion or lack of it, otherwise he will feel false and this will be an obstacle to his personal development. Coercion to faith or atheism will negatively affect the child. Pass on to the child what you yourself possess.
Step 2
Explain to your child that there are no good or bad religions. Be tolerant and uncategorized in stories about other denominations. The choice of faith or rejection of it is the will of the person himself.
Step 3
Talk about how God created people for happiness and teaches people to love each other. God wrote the Bible through the prophets, which laid out the rules by which one should live. You can start from 4-5 years old. This age of the child is sensitive to metaphysical ideas. They easily accept the idea of the existence of God. The interest of children is substantive in nature.
Step 4
Teach your child that God is everywhere and nowhere, knows everything and can do everything (from 5–7 years old). The child is interested in the questions of where he was until his mother gave birth to him and where he will go after death. The child can believe in the existence of abstract concepts and imagine them.
Step 5
Teach children aged 7-11 about the meaning of rituals and religious practices. The child needs to be taught to distinguish good from evil and to guide him in the assimilation of useful Christian commandments. You can tell that God allows negative events to occur, because the free will of a person is sacred to him.
Step 6
During your teenage years 12-15, explain the spiritual content of any religion. A teenager can understand that God is a loving and just being. God exists outside the concept of time, he has always existed. Refer to the classics Tolstoy L. N., Chukovsky K. I., who presented the main ideas and stories of the Bible in an accessible and interesting form for children.
Step 7
Teach your child to approach God through prayer. Prayer has a psychological meaning, as it teaches the skills of reflection, the ability to take stock of the day, awareness of one's feelings, emotions, desires, instills confidence in the future.
